Climbed the Original Route as part of the “Round Britain Rock Tour” on 8th June 2009 with Laurence Ellis. We were puked on by Fulmars (as seems to be tradition) and sat on the top for about 10 minutes eating cake Lourdes had made for the occasion. I phoned my wife Sarah on holiday in Tunisia! It was 4 degrees so we didn’t hang around. 60m ropes meant we could abseil from the top of the second pitch – the wind pushed us up onto the top of the talus… A fantastic adventure. Graham Adcock.
